活动说明：
本课程针对博士研究生后期的论文撰写阶段。我们提供三个线上输入型课程，教你如何建立合理的写作习惯，最后是一个跨越时区的线上线下结合24小时写作训练营。
内容：
· 如何设定现实的目标
· 写作间歇后重新获得动力(“第一个词”)
· 如何处理干扰并为完美的工作环境做好准备
· 如何进入真正的精神空间并获得动力
· 如何克服完美主义
· 如何提高写作效率
· 分享写作技巧和经验
终场活动：
全球范围内的线上线下结合写作环节以及一个24小时的写作接力。为自己选择最高效的时间，在团队环境中寻找效率。

Description
This course is aimed at doctoral candidates in the later stages of their candidature, writing their thesis or papers. We offer three input sessions on how to build a writing routine followed by a 24h writing boot camp across time zones.
Content:
· How to set realistic goals
· Regaining momentum after a writing break ("The first word")
· How to deal with distractions and setting the scene for a perfect workspace
· How to get into the real mental space and fins your motivation
· How to overcome perfectionism
· How to improve productivity
· Share techniques and experiences
Final event:
Hybrid writing session around the globe adding up to a 24h writing relay. Choose the most productive time for yourself and find productivity in a group setting.
